What You Will Do
- Lead and manage a pod-based team of Account Managers operating in an agile delivery model, setting priorities, establishing operating rhythms, and ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional partners including Sales, Media Planning, Ad Operations, Creative, and Insights.
- Serve as the primary strategic and executive-level point of contact for top-tier clients post-sale, owning senior stakeholder relationships and guiding complex, high-impact engagements.
- Own overall client relationship health across assigned accounts, with accountability for satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth outcomes.
- Translate sold-in investments into integrated, outcome-driven strategies that align client business objectives with Lowe's Media Network capabilities and measurement frameworks.
- Provide consultative leadership and strategic oversight to Media Planning, Ad Operations, Creative, and Insights teams, ensuring campaigns are designed, launched, and optimized in alignment with client strategy.
- Identify, shape, and drive renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities in close partnership with Sales leadership, influencing growth strategy and supporting deal execution.
- Lead executive-level client communications, including quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and escalations, ensuring clear narrative, accountability, and resolution.
- Mentor and coach Account Managers, setting expectations for strategic thinking, executive presence, and client leadership while supporting individual development and performance.
- Partner with Client Services Directors to inform category-level strategy, operating standards, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement across the client services organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 6-8 years of experience in digital media, client services, or sales support within an ad tech or media organization
- 5+ years of client-facing experience, managing external stakeholders and relationships
