What You Will Do
- Serve as a strategic partner by supporting the Central Selling Leadership and Sales teams through scalable tools, reporting, and communication that align execution with Services priorities.
- Bridge communications between Field Leadership, Sales Teams, and corporate partners by delivering insights, feedback, and resources that drive informed decisions and improve performance.
High-Impact Responsibilities
- Drive Continuous Process Improvement: Optimize Central Selling processes in response to Services initiatives, system changes, and field feedback to improve efficiency and execution.
- Lead Scalable Tools & Report Development: Design and implement Central Selling Support tools and reports that enhance productivity, simplify workflows, and drive measurable business impact.
- Establish Feedback Loops: Manage Council Teams and Feedback applications to collect, analyze, and act on field and customer feedback, ensuring closed-loop communication and continuous improvement.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner across Technology, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to deliver and enhance programs that support Central Selling business growth.
- Training Support: Serve as a subject matter expert for training development by coordinating with cross-functional partners, and delivering consistent, high-impact content to a national field audience.
- Communications and Engagement Support: Develop and Provide weekly content to communication partners including targeted resources, training, and insights to Central Selling Support teams, building awareness and driving performance.
Medium-Impact Responsibilities
- Field Engagement: Engage directly with Central Selling associates through job shadowing and field interactions to gather feedback, identify business needs, and uncover opportunities that enhance operational effectiveness and performance.
- Support Pilots & Adoption: Support business partners with testing and rollout of new tools and programs, ensuring effective adoption and scalability.
- Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize reporting and structured feedback to develop actionable summaries and insights, equipping leadership with the information needed to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Influence Leadership & Communicate Insights: Deliver clear, executive-level insights, presentations, and communications to drive alignment and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, Management, Operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 2 Years Related Industry Experience (Installation, Repair or US Home Improvement)
- 2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Preferred Skills/Education
- 2 Years Demonstrated project management experience, such as Gantt Chart design and development
- 1 Year Advanced skill in Microsoft SharePoint, such as ability to create list and custom workflows
