Key Responsibilities
- Partner with application development, product-aligned, GTO, and infrastructure teams to understand business objectives, technical requirements, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
- Support the design, planning, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned to approved standards.
- Translate application and business needs into clear infrastructure solution recommendations, including platform selection, service patterns, integration considerations, resiliency needs, and operational support requirements.
- Promote adoption of Everything-as-a-Service ( XaaS ) offerings, reusable platform capabilities, standardized patterns, and shared services to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, SRE, operations, and regional technology teams to ensure solution designs align with security, resiliency, scalability, availability, compliance, and lifecycle expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, virtualization, compute, storage, networking, operating systems, middleware integration, and modern application hosting patterns.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure architectures, including how applications consume shared infrastructure services across enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security, resiliency, availability, disaster recovery, scalability, lifecycle management, and operational readiness concepts.
- Experience supporting technology projects and collaborating with multiple technical teams across application , infrastructure, security, operations, architecture, and regional organizations.
- Experience and exposure working with AI and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform, including common infrastructure and hosting service patterns.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation, Infrastructure-as-Code ( IaC ), service orchestration, and platform engineering practices.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks, technology governance processes, design review forums, and standards-based solution delivery.
- Experience working in large, global, regulated enterprise environments with distributed teams and diverse technology stakeholders.
