About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Solutions (Sales) Engineer with a passion for fintech and investment management technology to join our dynamic, global team. In this role, you'll serve as a key technical advisor during the pre-sales process—partnering closely with sales, product, and client teams to provide cutting-edge solutions and a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to execute strategic sales plans and exceed performance targets.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand technical requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
- Lead technical demos and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to showcase platform capabilities.
- Provide deep expertise in API integrations, data migration, and cloud architecture.
- Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other due diligence materials with a strong technical perspective.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle—building relationships and establishing credibility with stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to relay feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Enable and support partners with technical onboarding and education.
- Develop sales collateral, technical content, and custom environments for client-specific use cases.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer (SaaS experience strongly Required).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and data migration tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the investment management ecosystem and associated technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and a desire to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Prior experience working in a growth-stage tech or SaaS company is required.
