Requirements
  • Serve as the technical pre-sales lead for all Apple device and lifecycle opportunities.
  • Grow iT1 Apple Services
  • Partner with sales to identify, qualify, and support Apple-focused opportunities from Salesforce.
  • Lead customer conversations around Apple device refresh strategies, lifecycle planning, and ITAD services.
  • Develop and deliver Apple-centric presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with Apple best practices.
  • Proactively target existing Apple customers for refresh and lifecycle opportunities.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Apple’s ecosystem, including hardware, software, and enterprise deployment tools.
  • Track and manage all Apple device/lifecycle opportunities through Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Work directly with iT1’s Apple Account manager and Apple to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.

Job Qualification Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably with a focus on Apple technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Apple hardware, macOS, iOS, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Experience with device lifecycle management, including refresh planning, deployment, and ITAD.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Apple certifications (ACSP, ACTC, or Jamf certifications) are a plus.
  • Passion for Apple technology and a customer-first mindset.

Physical Demands

  • Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day
  • Keyboarding for 8 hours per day
  • Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)
  • Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
  • Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)
  • Some travel may be required
