We’re looking for Solutions Engineer (AMERS) who thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments, someone who’s energized by building quickly, adapting constantly, and taking ownership from concept to production.


Requirements

• Campaign Setup & Trafficking:

Launch, configure, and QA campaigns in major Ad Servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek).

Implement and validate tags, pixels, macros, and event tracking.

• Troubleshooting & Debugging:

Investigate and resolve delivery, tracking, and rendering issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools, Postman, and network request analyzers.

Debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within ad creatives or landing pages.

Collaborate with Product, AdOps, and Engineering teams to identify and resolve technical blockers.

• API & Data Operations:

Use Postman and API documentation to test endpoints, validate data exchange, and support integrations.

Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, discrepancy analysis, and reporting.

• Optimization & Reporting:

Monitor pacing and performance metrics; analyze campaign data to recommend optimizations.

Prepare detailed campaign reports and explain insights to clients or internal stakeholders.

• Documentation & Process Improvement:

Maintain detailed logs of technical issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns.

Create or update internal documentation and SOPs for repeatable workflows.

Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills/Technologies required:

Ad Server (Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek or equivalent)

SQL (Snowflake)

HTML & CSS

JavaScript

API Knowledge

English level C1, Ad Tech Operations Experience
