The Solutions Architect I will support onboarding projects for merchants, document technical environments, develop integration templates, resolve technical issues, conduct testing, and propose optimized process flows utilizing AI.

- Support onboarding projects to accelerate the process and significantly reduce manual efforts for new merchants. This includes contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Document merchant technical environments, encompassing detailed system architecture diagrams, comprehensive API inventories, and precise integration points. This documentation will serve as a critical reference for future interactions and troubleshooting.
- Develop a suite of integration templates, comprehensive configuration guides, and reusable assets. The goal is to streamline merchant onboarding, reduce implementation time, and ensure consistency across integrations.
- Investigate and resolve complex post-onboarding technical issues for enterprise merchants. This requires troubleshooting skills, deep technical knowledge of the platform, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct sandbox testing, site QA and validation of integration flows post dev phase. This includes identifying, documenting, and reporting errors, ensuring the stability and reliability of all integrations before go-live.
- Design and propose optimized process flows, strategically leveraging AI for enhanced automation and significant operational team efficiency gains. This involves identifying areas for AI integration and highlighting the expected benefits.
- 3+ years of experience in technical solution architecting or technical solution engineering role
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a technology, consulting, or financial services company
- Strong experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise merchants
- Strong experience in developing and demonstrating solution capabilities and value
- Experience working with eCommerce and ERP platforms
- Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful Integrations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to partners
- Ability to perform in a high-energy environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to merchants
- Ability to take ownership of work products from end-to-end
- Familiarity with Cursor, AI agents, Mastra framework,etc
- Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, file based, event-driven etc)
- Experience with back-office OMS and ERP systems
- Experience integrating common eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce CommerceCloud, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
*The base salary and expected OTE for this position are listed above. OTE is payable based on the Company's variable sales compensation plan; employees who exceed annual sales targets may receive additional compensation. Incentive compensation will be provided as part of a total compensation package.
