We are seeking a talented Senior Business Intelligence & GA Specialist who is well-versed in the digital analytics realm, particularly Google Analytics 4, and possesses the expertise to build and customize analytics and tag manager implementations. This candidate will also lead reporting, Tableau dashboarding, and strategic analysis for a core financial client, enabling strong recommendations and insights for the program.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and validateGoogle Analytics 4 and Tag Manager implementations for tracking client websites and mobile applications.
- Create andmaintainTableau dashboards for client stakeholders and strategic program reporting.
- Present regular reporting reviews with client stakeholders to advise on historical performance and develop recommendations for future initiatives.
- Develop ad hoc analysis and reporting rooted in drawing out insights and optimization.
- Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources, work with data science and development teams as necessary to ensure proper data tracking and aggregation.
- Provide QA of tagging structures and reporting data on an ongoing basis, identifying and correcting inaccuracies and making strategic recommendations for tracking.
- Utilize a strong understanding of digital analytics, data visualization, and marketing strategies to support program reporting.
- Demonstrate a strong capacity for prioritization, ensuring that tasks are approached with high-intellectual bandwidth.
Qualifications:
- College degree (required) and 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing analytics, consulting, and/or media.
- Proven experience with implementing & customizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and GTM solutions.
- Minimum 1 year of experiencewith Tableau (Cloud, Desktop). Experience with other data visualization tools like Looker or PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for presenting findings to clients and colleagues.
- Availability during EST hours strongly preferred.
- BigQuery / SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in the Finance and/or Travel Hospitality industry is a plus.
