Position Overview:

The Solution Engineer plays a critical role within Intapp’s Services Delivery team, focused on the implementation of Intapp solutions within client environments. This role combines strong technical integration skills with a deep understanding of client business needs, ensuring that solutions are configured, deployed, and supported effectively. Solution Engineers contribute to multiple concurrent projects and are responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, high-quality technical deliverables.

What you will do:

  • Configure and implement Intapp solutions across client environments.

  • Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Translate business requirements into logical workflows and technical configurations.

  • Perform data mapping, configuration, validation, and issue troubleshooting.

  • Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.

  • Conduct client-facing workshops and configuration walk-throughs.

  • Analyze root causes of integration and system-level issues, including third-party APIs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes and reusable assets.

  • Deliver administrative training and knowledge transfer to client users.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure implementation quality standards are upheld.

What you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to write, interpret, and troubleshoot complex queries, joins, and data transformations across relational structures.

  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and system integration patterns.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#.

  • Working knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx) for parsing and transforming data.

  • Familiarity with Boomi or comparable integration platforms.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as billing, HR, CRM, DMS, or telephony.

  • Experience with Microsoft IIS, Exchange, or similar operational infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with Intapp solutions.

  • Boomi Associate Developer Certification.

  • Experience using issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Prior experience delivering client onboarding sessions or administrative training.
