Job Description

Provides quality support to users by responding to end user inquiries and resolving problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware and core business applications. Isolates problem source and works with the internal telecommunications, system operations, application development and vendors to resolve problems. Follows up with users to ensure problem resolution. Develops and maintains documentation of all activities.

Job Details

Start Date: 10/5/2026 6-8 weeks of Training Monday - Friday. Most training is expected to occur during standard daytime hours, with the majority of sessions running roughly 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.

SET Rate Pay: $23/Hour

Final production schedules are not yet available, but candidates should be advised that shifts could fall within operating hours of 6:00 AM–11:15 PM Eastern Time, Sunday through Saturday.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming field or job-related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems and vendor capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Elavon or Talech experience preferred

This role is designated as U.S. home-based remote.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.91
