Duties: Drive performance engineering and DevOps for the CDP Debit platform. Design and execute comprehensive load testing strategies, including test scenario definition, load scripting, and pass/fail thresholds that certify each release for production readiness, while conducting in-depth performance analysis to identify bottlenecks, latency anomalies, and capacity limits. Architect performance testing infrastructure on Kubernetes clusters with 9-node topologies simulating production scale and failure scenarios, and leads release certification for initiatives including TAC/TAF, DDoS protection validation, and CMM platform expansions. Developed and maintained automated CI/CD pipelines to enforce TrueCD regulatory compliance, integrating audit evidence collection, TestSight results upload, and compliance validation, while managing environment lifecycle across Dev, QA, and Performance cluster migrations. Responsible for platform resiliency work which includes persistent in-flight transaction logging, egress gateway configurations replicating production network topologies, and optimizing containerized microservice images for reduced memory footprint and faster deployments, alongside modernizing database change management from fragmented Liquibase to a centralized schema control framework. Serve as the performance engineering shared service lead across CMM, TASER, and STL applications, providing cross- functional load testing, integration validation, and resiliency certification while establishing repeatable, auditable testing standards and execution frameworks for BAU release cycles. Mentor global team members on DevOps and performance engineering best practices and contribute to firm-wide technology innovation initiatives.
