The Master Data Management function is responsible for managing the structure, quality, and use of data by both internal and external users, often by means of database tools, GUI-based user interfaces and other internal data storage or management systems/architectures. Strategize and manage MDM implementations across multiple domains. Define and develop roadmap for MDM, business operation, third party data analysis and management, including resourcing and budget. Accountable for master data and reference data build approach and processes. Guide adoption of industry standard practices to develop policies guidelines tools metrics and standards for managing master data.
Responsibilities will include learning the application of Master Data Management implementations for Retail covering Product, Vendor, or Location domains. Deliver at least one AI project focused on MDM processes or Data Quality. Learn and apply Agile methodologies in day-to-day activities and learn and apply skills required for a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum team.

- Good communication skills with a variety of audiences in both business and technical, analytical thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting, and SDLC.
