In your role as a Social Media Specialist, you will manage client social media accounts, research marketing trends, hashtags, and demographics specific to each client’s industry. Daily tasks will include creating engaging posts, stories, and videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest. It's crucial to maintain consistent branding across all content.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish posts to grow audience engagement and increase post interactions
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Collaborate with online influencers
- Write engaging blog content
- Manage and implement social media ads
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Experience with Social Media Ads: Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn
- 2-5 years of experience working with hospitality or luxury clients
- Proficiency in social analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Social Sprout, Social Baker)
- Excellent writing skills in both Spanish and English
- Experience with social listening tools such as Nuvie, Sysomos, or others is a plus
