DeMayo Law is seeking a Marketing Specialist. This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, while assisting with performance tracking and reporting. This role coordinates campaigns, manages timelines, develops and distributes marketing materials, and ensures projects are completed accurately and on schedule. In addition, the position tracks key metrics, prepares basic performance reports, and helps analyze results to support data-informed marketing decisions. By combining strong organizational skills with analytical support, this role helps drive effective and well-executed marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, edit, schedule, and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain a social media content calendar that supports the firm's marketing priorities, campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
  • Create platform-specific copy, captions, short-form video concepts, attorney content, graphics briefs, and real-time posts.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, internal teams, agencies, photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality content on schedule.
  • Monitor social channels and respond to comments, questions, and messages promptly, professionally, and in accordance with firm guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to feature attorneys, client education, case results when approved, firm culture, recruiting, events, and community impact.
  • Monitor legal-industry conversations, platform trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats to recommend relevant opportunities.
  • Track reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, video performance, and conversions; prepare clear monthly performance reports and recommendations.
  • Use performance insights to test and improve content topics, formats, posting schedules, and calls to action.
  • Support email newsletters and other marketing copy as needed while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Maintain accurate content files, approvals, publishing schedules, and campaign documentation.
  • Support firm events and serve as an active member of the firm's social committee.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of professional experience managing social media, digital content, or related marketing initiatives.
  • Strong writing, copy-editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with close attention to accuracy and tone.
  • Hands-on experience publishing and managing content across major social media platforms.
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, manage deadlines, and coordinate approvals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to translate performance data into practical recommendations.
  • Sound judgment when handling public comments, sensitive topics, and brand reputation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing a law firm or another professional-services organization.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or a comparable tool.
  • Basic experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud and short-form video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with attorneys, subject-matter experts, or executive stakeholders on content development.
