The Security Operations Center Operator will cross train in Video monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking.

Job Responsibilities
- Dispatch local authorities when necessary
- Able to handle life-saving situations utilizing event driven Artificial Intelligence
- Respond to events and alarms for Video Monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking
- Conduct site guard tours and immediate response to panic alarms
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, site protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and prepare incident reports for any events
- 1-3 years' experience in the security industry preferred
- Military and / or security background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and has a strong work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other corporate team members and operational team members
Position Type and Schedule
- Full-Time (FT), hourly non-exempt position
- Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift with open availability
