Job Description

  • Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and project requirements
  • Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors
  • Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enforce safety protocols at all times
  • Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed incident reports and corrective actions
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain a safe work environment
  • Oversee high-risk activities such as working at heights, confined spaces, electrical works, and chemical handling
  • Maintain and update all safety documentation, permits-to-work, and compliance records
  • Support emergency response planning and drills

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
  • Yellow Book Certification
