About the role

We are looking to add a Site Maintenance Crew Member to our growing Maintenance Department. As a Site Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained and operational. They will be required to perform a range of tasks to keep the facilities in good working condition and provide a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. This on-site position will directly support our maintenance operations at our Corsicana, TX facility. This role will follow a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine landscaping and outdoor maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, weed removal, and general grounds upkeep.
• Maintain landscaped areas through pruning, planting, watering, and seasonal care.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
• Complete site upkeep, including trash and debris removal, litter pickup, pressure washing, cleaning outdoor areas, maintaining walkways, and performing minor repairs.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify landscaping, safety, and maintenance needs.
• Assist with seasonal projects, including landscaping improvements and weather preparation.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily maintenance activities.

What you'll have

• Basic knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain clean and well-kept outdoor areas.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior facilities or relevant operation experience is preferred.

Physical requirements and work environment

• Must be physically able to climb ladders and access tight or awkward spaces as required.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and pull, with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (50 Pounds)
• Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.)
• Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures

Safety Requirements

• PPE & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots).
• Hazard Awareness: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate potential workplace hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Standards: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training.
• Organization: Keep all work areas clean and free of obstructions to prevent workplace accidents.
