Handles inbound calls and warm leads, consults customers on insurance needs, recommends appropriate Property and Casualty coverage, and converts prospects into policyholders. The role includes paid licensing and training, commission opportunities, customer communication, sales closing, and remote work. Employees must maintain a professional home workspace, reliable wired high-speed internet, and availability for four weekdays plus one weekend day.

Own end-to-end product design for NetBox Labs platform applications, including analytics, visual exploration, validation, and AI-driven workflows. Translate complex network data and workflows into clear interfaces for technical users. Conduct user research, prototype concepts, contribute to Figma and Storybook design systems, use product analytics, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help shape design culture and platform vision.
