What You Will Do
Business Analysis & Performance Support
- Analyze sales performance, operational metrics, and program adoption across Core Installation categories to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting that provides actionable insights to Merchants, Services leadership, and Field Operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actions that improve execution and sales results.
Business Partnership
- Partner with Appliance and Kitchen Merchants to support category initiatives, operational priorities, and field execution.
- Collaborate with Field Operations, National Installation Management (NIM), Product, and Services teams to ensure alignment on processes, initiatives, and business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Core Installation selling processes and operational workflows.
Process & Program Support
- Support the rollout and sustainment of new programs, process enhancements, and operational initiatives across Appliances and Kitchens.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and store execution.
- Track implementation progress and provide feedback to stakeholders on adoption and business impact.
Selling Systems & Business Requirements
- Represent field and business needs by providing feedback on selling systems, including myRedVest and Projects.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to validate enhancements and ensure system functionality supports operational requirements.
- Participate in testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts for selling tools.
Content & Communications
- Develop and maintain operational resources, job aids, playbooks, and communications that support consistent execution in stores.
- Translate business strategies into clear, actionable guidance for Specialists, SASMs, and store leadership.
- Support change management efforts through effective communications and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3 Years of Financial Analysis, data analytics, excel, access
