Your Impact
As a Manager of Insights on the Lowe's Media Network (LMN), you will engage directly with LMN's clients to review how their media investments are performing, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investments, work closely with sales and account management to formulate media strategies aimed at growing your client's business at Lowe's, develop test and learn plans, and elevate your client's understanding of the Lowe's customer
What You Will Do
  • Creates annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported.
  • Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting for both internal partners within LMN and across the Lowe's enterprise, and external clients and agencies.
  • Synthesizes disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments to grow business at Lowe's. Regularly delivers these recommendations to both internal leadership (VP+) as well as external vendor-partners of all levels.
  • Oversee the development and codify best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting and insights
  • Tells data stories that support other key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies.
  • Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregates all sources of insights to support other client facing teams (e.g. sales and account management)
  • Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
  • Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to Lowe's LMN Insights team and the whole of the Lowe's retail media business, especially in key forums with leadership, to highlight the state of the Lowe's customer.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 5 Years Experience in insights and analytics
  • 3 Years • Experience in retail media or general media analytics • Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management • Experience story-telling with data and to present data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way • Experience A/B testing • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel) • Experience in working with such tools as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Master's degree In a related field (e.g. Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
  • Leading teams and proven business impact • Experience managing global teams • Experience working in a retail environment • Working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)
