🔍 Why we are looking for you
The SEO Contractor will be responsible for following SEO processes to enhance our online presence, attract local customers, and increase website traffic leading to reservations and online orders. This role requires a deep understanding of restaurant-specific SEO best practices, including local SEO, and content optimization.
This contract role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
💥 The impact you will have
- Keyword Research and Analysis: Identify relevant keywords, promoted locations and search terms used by potential customers searching for restaurants in our area.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Develop and optimize website content, blog posts, and menu descriptions to improve search engine rankings and attract targeted traffic.
- Technical SEO: Redirects and other technical SEO.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the restaurant industry.
- Menu SEO: Optimize online menus for search engines.
- Image Optimization: Optimize images for search engines.
✅ What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an SEO Contractor, preferably with a focus on the restaurant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Ability to present case studies of past restaurant SEO successes.
⭐️ Compensation
- The estimated hourly rate for this role is $30-$40/hr, depending on experience.
