Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product content strategy, ideally within complex or technical product environments.
- A portfolio that showcases exceptional writing, business impact, and systems-level content work across web or software applications.
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B platforms is a strong plus.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, approachable language.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with design tools (like Figma) and content design workflows
- Familiarity with GitHub, Markdown, Jira, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Bonus: Experience working on in-app education or enablement platforms, such as Pendo, WalkMe, or Appcues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Content Strategy: Execute against the organization's content through execution across multiple touch points-interface content, onboarding flows, in-app help, tooltips, and release notes.
- Design with Words: Craft concise, consistent, and conversational UI copy that guides users through complex tasks with clarity and ease.
- Partner Deeply: Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure language is tightly integrated into the overall user experience.
- Drive Enablement: Develop in-product enablement content that supports user success and drives adoption, including walkthroughs, contextual help, and micro-learning moments.
- Document & Communicate: Own the creation of product documentation and release notes in partnership with Product and UX and UX Content teams teams.
- Champion Consistency: Help evolve and maintain a product-wide content system that supports clarity, inclusivity, and usability at scale.
- Mentor & Lead: Provide guidance to other content and design peers, and help grow content design maturity across the organization.
- Transform Content Experience: Usher in the new-era of AI-authored and consumed content experience.
- Design Frameworks and SDLC: Master iterative delivery of content against roadmaps and content backlog in lock-step with SDLC alongside product delivery teams while leveraging key design frameworks to bring projects from discovery to delivery.
