Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager with 8+ years of AdTech experience, to lead the development of technical integration requirements, measurement solutions, and attribution for key customer segments areas such as Gaming, CPA Networks, Retail, and more. This role is critical in driving innovative data solutions that empower our clients and optimize their strategies.

The TPM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Your technical expertise and deep understanding of data and reporting ecosystems will enable you to guide product development across complex integration requirements and measurement frameworks.

This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, technical depth, and strong communication skills to align business goals with technical execution.

This role requires leadership in agile development processes, collaborating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and effective team communication. Over time, you will lead a team of Product Managers to drive growth and differentiation for the company across the Measurement product footprint. 

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technical integration requirements for key partner platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate measurement.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to build and enhance measurement solutions that provide actionable insights for our clients.
  • Ensure data and reporting services  are accessible in the way internal or external customers need - whether via data pipeline, data delivery, API or other methods.
  • Work with engineering to refine outcome and related event data in repeatable ways tailored to vertical use cases such as Gaming, Retail, and other strategic customer segments.
  • Research partner platforms to understand their requirements for measurement and tracking technologies
  • Define precise product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to ensure effective execution by engineering teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, support internal teams and external partners with deep technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of measurement solutions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead agile development processes, including writing product requirements, conducting sprint planning, and backlog grooming, to deliver solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, particularly in areas such as privacy regulations, data sharing protocols, and advanced measurement techniques.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of product management or related technical customer solutions experience, with a strong background in data products, measurement, or technical integrations.
  • Proven experience working with Data Engineering, Platform and Data Science teams to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of attribution models, marketing measurement techniques, and data integration best practices.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience defining API requirements, data pipelines, and third-party integration frameworks.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • AdTech and related industry experience is a requirement.
  • Connected TV Advertising (CTV) experience is a strong plus.
