You will be working with one of our partners in Dubai that is willing to gallop into the new AI era with the Unicorn of AI operating systems.

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' visions and the technical execu on delivered by our development teams. This position requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, technical ap tude, and project management capabilities. You will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis, defining project scopes, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with both our clients' objectives and our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives and company strategy.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Informa on Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis within a so ware development environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Intermediate project management skills, with familiarity in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is highly desirable. Experience within similar organisations in the Middle East region is a plus.
