The Role

Kyriba is seeking a talented, customer-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will support our Customer Excellence, Marketing, and General & Administrative (G&A) functions. As a key member of our global recruiting organization, you will develop and execute candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in setting benchmarks, forecasting, tracking metrics, and prioritizing to meet business needs. They thrive in an innovative environment, possess a strong work ethic, and have fun while achieving results. They bring extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and business functions, building dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, managing customer/partner expectations.

Recruit both active and passive candidates, focusing on role fit and candidate motivation rather than merely selling a position.

Provide strategic guidance and act as an advisor to business leaders in hiring.

Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, and create and execute robust search strategies to attract top talent.

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment to support the long-term growth of Kyriba, implementing new processes and refining standard recruitment practices.

Articulate recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.

Interview candidates in line with position specifications.

Participate in and/or lead special projects or recruiting initiatives, including assessment of interviewing best practices and leveraging internal talent sources.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
-
5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate and/or search firm settings, including at least 2 years of SaaS recruiting experience.

Proven experience in closing candidates and negotiating offers.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

Ability to network proactively, establish effective working relationships, and develop creative sourcing strategies.

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

Ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer branding, candidate management, and inclusive interview practices.

Strong analytical skills to inspect, analyze, and influence using data.

Self-sufficient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
-
Previous experience in client management or program management is ideal.

Base compensation for this role is: $110,800.00 - $152,500.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
