Position Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR Team and own end-to-end hiring for our global GTM (Sales, Marketing and Customer Success) functions. This is a highly visible, strategic role working directly with senior business leaders to scale our go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of sales hiring in fast-paced tech / cyber environments, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about creating a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, from intake to offer, across multiple regions.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent, particularly in the cybersecurity industry.
- Maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates and continuously build a network of top tier talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and timely follow up.
- Act as a talent advisor by providing market insights, interview best practices, and compensation benchmarks.
- Track and report key hiring metrics and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and hiring teams to support recruitment prioritization.
Requirements:

5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high growth tech / cyber companies.

Proven success hiring for global GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS, PS); cybersecurity experience a strong plus.

Strong expertise in AI and automation technologies, with a proven track record of leveraging these tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate engagement, and enable data-driven hiring decisions.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.

Experience recruiting for senior-level roles and working directly with executive leadership.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with high-volume hiring needs.

Strong business acumen and ability to align hiring goals with company strategy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
The OTE salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000.Individual compensation for this role is determined based on various factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, location, and overall business and organizational needs.
As a full-time employee, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s health, dental, and vision plans, in accordance with the plan documents, which may be subject to change. Additional benefits include potential equity, unlimited PTO, paid sick leave, and parental leave.
