About the team

At Kinaxis, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in enabling business growth by ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across the organization. We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our global Sales organization. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape talent strategies, anticipate future hiring needs, and build strong talent pipelines that allow the organization to move quickly as priorities evolve. Success in this role requires deep partnership with Sales leaders, strong business acumen, and the ability to build relationships with candidates long before a requisition is opened. You will develop a deep understanding of Kinaxis, our market, and our talent landscape, providing leaders with insights and recommendations that support growth and long-term workforce planning.

What you will do

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with Sales leaders and act as a strategic advisor on talent needs, workforce planning, and hiring strategy.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Kinaxis' business priorities, growth objectives, and evolving talent requirements.
  • Influence and guide hiring decisions through market insights, talent intelligence, and recruiting expertise.
  • Partner with leaders to identify future talent needs and proactively develop strategies to address them.

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Create and maintain robust pipelines of high-caliber talent aligned to current and anticipated business needs.
  • Continuously engage passive candidates and nurture long-term relationships within key talent markets.
  • Develop talent communities that allow the business to respond quickly to changing priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing talent mapping and market research to identify key talent pools and competitive trends.

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of Sales functions and levels.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Guide leaders through interview design, assessment, selection, and offer stages.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.

Market Intelligence & Talent Strategy

  • Monitor external talent market trends and provide insights to business leaders.
  • Use recruiting data and hiring metrics including pipeline health, speed, quality, and representation to diagnose challenges, advise leaders, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance talent attraction strategies, employer branding efforts, and recruiting processes.
  • Share competitive intelligence related to talent availability, market conditions, and hiring practices.

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or talent advisory roles, preferably supporting commercial organizations in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing, talent engagement, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience developing proactive talent pipelines and long-term recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly as business priorities shift.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the ability to understand organizational goals and align talent strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics, with the ability to use technology to build pipelines and manage hiring activity effectively.

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales leaders view you as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • High-quality talent pipelines exist ahead of hiring demand.
  • Hiring teams are able to move quickly when priorities shift because talent relationships have already been established.
  • Recruiting strategies evolve alongside business objectives and market realities.
  • Candidate and hiring leaders experiences reflect Kinaxis's commitment to excellence.
  • Talent acquisition is seen as a proactive driver of growth rather than a reactive service function.
