- 5+ years of relevant expereince
- Passion for storytelling and a strong track record of turning complex ideas into high-impact narratives.
- Strong experience working with story frameworks and structures, and using them to build clear, compelling narratives.
- Ability to guide others in building stories – from a rough brief or raw input to a structured narrative with a clear flow.
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders on key presentations or sessions.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring structured planning, cross-team coordination, and smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Native-level English, both written and spoken.
Who you are
- You have a naturally customer-centric mindset and break complex topics into a clear story – audience, problem, tension and outcome.
- You look for the throughline that connects different stories and touchpoints into one coherent picture.
- You’re comfortable working with leadership, giving feedback, and helping sharpen messages.
- You enjoy helping others tell better stories and giving them simple structures and frameworks to work with.
- You’re a strong collaborator with a low ego: you love listening, understanding what people have in mind and what they’re trying to say, and you enjoy the challenge of turning that into a great story.
