The Opportunity

As a Team Lead in our Boards group, you will build, guide, and mentor a talented team, contributing directly to impacting millions of users every day and taking ownership of one of its most strategic domains.

You will lead the team responsible for defining the vision for AI in monday boards, shaping how AI serves users across the platform, while also leading the evolution of core cross-board work surfaces.

You’ll focus on crafting intuitive AI-powered experiences that simplify complex workflows and make advanced capabilities accessible and valuable for all users.

Your leadership will help shape and drive the evolution of our architecture and engineering practices to support the ever-growing scale of our users, features, and data.

This includes partnering with product and design to shape the vision, solve complex product and technical challenges, and deliver a scalable and innovative product in a startup-like environment.

  • 3+ years of proven management experience, with 6+ overall years of experience building production-grade web applications
  • Extensive experience with end-to-end development, particularly in building user-facing features from concept through production at scale
  • A growth mindset, including strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to fast iteration and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adept at working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Background in modern AI systems, with hands-on experience in GenAI production-ready applications - a serious advantage 
  • Experience in building new products from scratch in startup environments - advantage
