Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to lead a high-performing team focused on both Adobe Experience Cloud CDP and non-Adobe CDPs and applications. The primary CDP Platforms include Adobe Real Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Treasure Data CDP. We are looking for deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and experience mentoring and developing talent.
You will help guide architectural excellence, foster innovation, and support client delivery and sales efforts across enterprise-level customer data platform (CDP) engagements and beyond.
This is a remote position reporting to Sr. Director, AEP Architecture.
Responsibilities:
Architecture & Innovation
You will architect end-to-end solutions using AEP, AJO, Adobe Target, including data collection, ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, and activation.
You will participate in Treasure Data CDP solution architecture and implementations
You will design and present technical solutions, including proof-of-concepts (POCs), to all partners.
You will guide innovation by identifying platform enhancements, extending frameworks, and incorporating latest technologies.
You will design Architecture diagrams and data models
You will guide innovation in CDP use cases, data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time personalization. Also promote innovation beyond OOTB capabilities of the CDP and application stack.
You will lead the development of streaming and batch data ingestion pipelines using APIs
Team Leadership & Development
You will lead a team of 5 experienced technical architects and developers
You will support team members in achieving their career goals and professional growth.

Sales & Pre-Sales Support
You will partner with sales and business development teams to shape solution strategies.
You will lead architecture discussions and presentations with clients and prospects.
You will contribute to RFP responses, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps.
Client Engagement & Delivery Oversight
You will provide architectural oversight on client engagements.
You will ensure solutions align with client goals, industry best practices, and Adobe platform capabilities.
You will be an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital marketing, or data platforms.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP, WebSDK and integration with Adobe Target and other destinations.
Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) configuration and journey orchestration across multiple activation channels.
Experience with data modeling (XDM & Field Groups), ETL, segmentation, and identity resolution.
Experience with APIs, data processing (batch and streaming), and scripting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
Engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with data governance, identity management, and customer journey orchestration.
Experience working in a client-facing consulting or agency environment.
Adobe certifications in AEP, AJO, or Adobe Target.
Experience with other CDPs (e.g., Treasure Data, Salesforce Data Cloud, GrowthLoop).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Exposure to AI/ML initiatives or interest in emerging technologies.
Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), Python, and SQL.
Background with Treasure Data CDP or Growthloop CDP is a plus.
Prior Campaign background is a plus.
The annual salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
