Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead pre-sales and customer-facing technical engagements, design end-to-end cloud and data platform architectures, and act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable, secure solutions across cloud, data, analytics, and AI/GenAI platforms, while supporting sales cycles through architecture design, demos, POCs, and thought leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, challenges, environments, and desired outcomes.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, platform assessments, and requirement-mapping workshops.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Design end-to-end architectures across cloud, data, integration, analytics, and application platforms.
  • Create solution blueprints, high-level designs, and technical roadmaps aligned with customer objectives.
  • Evaluate customer environments and recommend modernization strategies, cloud migration paths, and architectural patterns.
  • Ensure proposed solutions follow best practices for scalability, performance, security, and governance.
  • Own the technical solution during the sales cycle, collaborating closely with sales executives to shape win strategies.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and tailored technical presentations.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution write-ups, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations.
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling value propositions for business and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with capabilities.
  • Mentor junior solution engineers and support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, industry events, webinars, and customer workshops as a technical subject matter expert.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud capabilities, and architectural best practices.
  • Develop reusable solution patterns, frameworks, and technical collateral for sales acceleration.
  • Represent the organization as a trusted technical advisor in customer and industry engagements.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, consulting, or technical leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern architectural frameworks.
  • Proven experience of data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks), analytics, integration patterns, APIs, and application architectures.
  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI data workflows, feature engineering, and architecture patterns.
  • Ability to design and articulate high-level and detailed architectures for enterprise use cases.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to guide customers through complex solution decisions.
  • Experience running demos, POCs, and technical evaluations during sales cycles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
