Designs, develops, tests, and supports Java-based cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform. Builds REST APIs, integrates AI services, applies secure coding practices, contributes to CI/CD and deployment automation, and implements observability through logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerts. Troubleshoots production issues, performs root-cause analysis, participates in architecture discussions and code reviews, collaborates across engineering and business teams, and mentors junior developers.

Designs, develops, and operates Java-based cloud-native applications on GCP. Builds RESTful APIs, AI-enabled capabilities, secure services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and observability practices. Troubleshoots production issues, performs root-cause analysis, supports compliance and secure engineering standards, and collaborates with DevOps, QA, product management, and security teams. Participates in architecture reviews, code reviews, technical documentation, and shared engineering standards.

Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure. Integrate SAST/DAST/SCA and automated compliance checks, secure container and Kubernetes workloads, automate security tasks with Python/Java, and collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security across the software delivery lifecycle. Lead incident monitoring, remediation, and DevSecOps maturity efforts across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based cloud-native applications on GCP to support image capture, processing, storage, and distribution. Build REST APIs, image processing pipelines, and AI-enabled features (classification, OCR, redaction, similarity search). Ensure security, compliance, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Maintain program budgets and forecasts, track and report spending versus budget, identify variances and financial risks/opportunities, perform FP&A analysis, and manage procurements, SOWs, accruals, invoicing, and reconciliations for the program.

Lead design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET and Angular. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, ensure security, scalability, and performance on Azure, manage SQL Server databases, use Git for version control, and mentor engineering teammates while adopting best practices and emerging technologies.

Lead design and hands-on delivery of cloud-first solutions on Microsoft Azure and related platforms. Translate stakeholder requirements into architecture patterns, document designs, mentor teams, build POCs, migrate legacy apps, and apply AI responsibly to improve delivery and quality.
