About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced performance engineer to contribute to the performance of high-profile software business solutions using performance testing tools like LoadRunner. In this role, you will play a key part in driving technical excellence and innovation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing products that align with both business objectives and customer needs.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, script, and performance test for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience in performance testing tools including LoadRunner / VUGen.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Base Technologies such as Oracle or Mongo DB.
  • 3+ years of experience in performing deep dive analysis using monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, OVPM, ITRS, Grafana
  • 2 +years of experience in Jenkins, EPLX, and Harness.
  • 2+ years of experience in Cloud Implementation (Azure, Kubernetes, Google, or PCF).
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile working environment such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • 2+ years of experience in Rest API.
  • 3+ years of experience in network, service, and data virtualization
  • Knowledge about Git/GitHub and uDeploy
  • Knowledge about Stored procedure using Oracle.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
