RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, integrate, and test complex software solutions, crafting both front-end and back-end components for Windows and Linux systems that deliver exceptional user experiences and seamless integration with internal and external services.
- Collaborate with a high-energy team to deliver solutions in live production systems, seeing your work directly impact our clients.
- Tackle challenges head-on by supporting, maintaining, and resolving issues for custom features in live production systems. We offer occasional on-call availability, giving you a chance to shine when it matters most.
- Elevate the skills of those around you by providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Play a key role in shaping our technology roadmap by contributing to architectural decisions and driving best practices.
- Take ownership of complex projects from start to finish, leading them to successful completion with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and Javascript
- Proficiency in Vue.js
- Extensive experience in API development.
- Deep understanding of software design principles and a pragmatic approach to meeting deadlines.
- Strong experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
- Experience utilizing AI tooling for writing and reviewing code.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience contributing in an Agile development environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineers.
- Experience with system architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building design systems for the front end.
- Exposure to Python, Node.Js and Golang.
- Occasional availability for on-call/emergency support.
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary for deadlines and off-hours installations.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
