You'll dive headfirst into the exciting world of fintech, working collaboratively to design, implement, and support cutting-edge solutions that empower our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, architect, and build sub-systems that successfully integrate with new and existing platforms
  • Dissolve complex requirements into meaningful, manageable units of work
  • Thrive on a small team of highly skilled, motivated peers
  • Apply advanced design patterns and technologies when appropriate without over-engineering solutions
  • Own the responsibility of developing high quality software with the right balance of test automation
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
  • Communicate and document efforts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Elevate the skills of those around you by providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Play a key role in shaping our technology roadmap by contributing to architectural decisions and driving best practices.
  • Take ownership of complex projects from start to finish, leading them to successful completion with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.

  • 12+ years of experience with C# and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in Vue.js
  • Extensive experience in API development.
  • Deep understanding of software design principles and a pragmatic approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
  • Experience utilizing AI tooling for writing and reviewing code.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience contributing in an Agile development environment.
  • Qualifications that make you stand out over others:
    • Domain knowledge and experience in the banking industry
    • Experience designing and developing highly scalable, enterprise-grade, event-driven systems
    • Experience with build and deployment automation (e.g., TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Docker)
    • Experience with GoLang, Python, and Node.js

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
