The Consumer Technology (CT) Auto Finance Platform organization is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support our Servicing and Recovery product area. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical production services through strong ownership of production operations, observability, incident response, and change management practices. In addition, you will help lead the adoption of Wells Fargo's AI-enabled tools and capabilities, identifying innovative ways to enhance operational support, streamline processes, and improve production outcomes. In this role, you will:

- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years experience troubleshooting and systems administration experience across multiple OS Platforms: Solaris, AIX, PKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Windows, VMware
- 3+ years experience with web platforms: Tomcat, Weblogic, WebSphere
- 2+ years experience with database technologies: SQL Server, Cassandra DB, Oracle, Postgres SQL , MongoDB
- 3+ years experience with Observability tools: AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana
- 3+ years experience using logging/monitoring tools: Elastic, Splunk, Netcool
- 4+ years of software development experience with languages such as Perl, Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, JSON, Angular, NodeJS
- 3+ years experience with Automation Scripting: Bash, Shell, Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps
- 3+ year of experience with Cloud technologies: Pivotal, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc
- 3+ years Incident Management experience
- 2+ years experience using JIRA.
- 1+ years experience with AIOPs tools: BigPanda etc
- Experience with one or more CI/CD Pipeline (Github, Jenkins) and
- Automation tools: Gradle, Maven, Git, Ansible, Puppet
- Experience with AI Tools, Agentic Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, etc
