- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of professional software development experience using Java, including recent hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, middleware services, and application monitoring
- 3+ years of experience developing modern web applications using Angular, including component-based architectures, reactive programming, routing, and front-end best practices
- 3+ years of relational database design and development, including SQL Server, T-SQL, performance tuning, transactions and data access frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing automated testing strategies using frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, or similar tools
- Demonstrated success driving AI adoption and improving SDLC productivity through AI-enabled engineering practices
- Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, Devin, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools in software delivery
- Experience developing and supporting background processing solutions, including scheduled jobs, batch processing, resiliency patterns, and high-availability application design
