Senior Software Engineer (Multiple Positions)


Job Description Summary:

Perform full life cycle application development, enhancement, research, and proof of concepts. Participate in both low-level and high-level application design, providing guidance and feedback on available technology options. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement API integrations for seamless data exchange. Develop and maintain modern pipelines leveraging data streaming and APls to support various business applications. Implement event-driven architectures to enhance real-time data processing and streamline data flows for timely decision-making. Implement cross-domain solutions, including integration patterns for customer-facing, operational, and analytic systems, along with workflows, policies, support, and reporting associated with enterprise MDM capabilities. Collaborate with other developers and architects to determine optimal solutions for architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. Follow DevOps principles such as Cl/CD to automate and streamline data engineering workflows. Support Solution and Enterprise Architects in the design, review, and implementation of new architectural solutions. Mentor Software Engineers, including onboarding, explaining domain knowledge, best practices, and performing code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure maximum performance and security. Work closely with QA to review, approve, and design test cases, ensuring all requirements are met. Support Product Management in creating product roadmaps and ensuring quarterly objectives are realistic and achievable. Collaborate with other product development teams to create alignment and consistency across projects.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), IT/IS, Analytics (any), Management (any), Business (any) or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have demonstrated experience with: .NET 8.0, C# or Visual Studio; WCF, AJAX, HTML, ESB (Neuron), Kendo UI, SSIS/T-SQL, jQuery, JSON, MVC 4/5 or Entity Framework; SOA, web services, REST, SOAP, XSLT, XSD or XML; Developing and integrating RESTful APls, leveraging events, messaging systems and ETL processes; Event-driven architectures and technologies (Kafka, Azure Service Bus or Azure Event Hub); Source control systems (CVS, Git or TFS) in continuous integration environments; Cloud platforms (Azure); and DevOps principles and Cl/CD practices.
