In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- Design and develop full-stack .NET applications with a focus on IAM capabilities
- Build and maintain secure APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core
- Develop responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, DevOps, and infrastructure
- Conduct code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through best practices and continuous improvement
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong front-end development skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and secure coding practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Experience in IAM or related security domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of modern security frameworks
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong front-end development skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor
- Proficiency in IAM standards and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
- Experience with identity platforms such as Azure AD B2C, Okta, or similar
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and secure coding practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

- Onsite work required 3 days a week in a hybrid model
