About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to craft the user experience for thousands of venues using Dusk every day. You’ll own the interface that brings together event calendars, artist discovery, financial insights, and automation tools — making complex workflows feel effortless. This is a highly collaborative role that blends design sensibility with strong engineering execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild performant web apps with React/React Native using TypeScript
Partner with design to create intuitive, accessible, and delightful interfaces
Define frontend patterns, state logic, and reusable UI components
Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and optimize data fetching
Ensure consistent brand and design implementation across the product suite
Drive improvements in UI performance, accessibility, and reliability
Contribute to product direction with a user-first mindset
5+ years of experience building modern web apps (React, Next.js, or similar)
Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong eye for design detail and experience implementing pixel-perfect UIs
Knowledge of performance optimization, testing, and accessibility best practice
Familiarity with Figma and design-to-code collaboration workflows
Comfortable in fast-paced startups with ownership of large product surfaces
Bonus: experience with animations, design systems, or mobile optimizations
