About Delinea:
Delinea is the identity security platform that continuously controls what AI agents, humans and machines can do and for how long. It extends privileged access management from the point of access to the moment of action, using just-in-time authorization to reduce standing privilege across on-premises, multi-cloud and short-lived infrastructure, without adding friction for legitimate users. Delinea provides visibility across every identity type, scores the risk each one carries, and preserves the context behind access decisions, making them auditable and defensible. It supports both static and ephemeral access, letting teams apply Zero Standing Privilege where risk demands it without replacing existing infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Senior Software Engineer and Technical Owner of platform integration. Gaining a deep understanding of the technology and systems underpinning the service, enabling the ability to troubleshoot issues, evaluate changes, and make informed technical decisions.

  • Design, maintain, and deploy scalable and highly available cloud-based applications using C#/.NET and client-installed agents

  • Implement and maintain high standards of software quality and security, regularly reviewing code and processes to drive improvements.

  • Facilitate collaboration with other departments, such as product management, architecture and customer support, to incorporate user feedback into product development.

  • Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.

  • Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-production issues, ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems. Working with support and the customer to resolve issues.

  • Look for ways to improve the development and automation processes (code quality, E2E testing, security scans, etc.), monitoring, and tiered incidence response.

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging the team to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to Privilege Access Management.

  • Contribute to and improve the code, tooling, and techniques that are shared across Platform teams.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of professional experience working as a software engineer with a minimum of 3+ years as Software Design and Architecture, with a focus on .NET development.
