As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will take on a leadership role in developing and implementing cloud computing platforms to facilitate efficient digital workflows for enterprise operations. * Lead the estimation, design, and delivery of advanced solutions for customers incorporating deep understanding of process design, ServiceNow technical best practices, and industry standards
* Spearhead the creation, deployment, and enhancement of technical best practices and standards, driving continuous improvement
* Oversee completeness, consistency, and high quality of technical deliverables to ensure they meet customer expectations
* Champion the evolution of Professional and Managed Services processes, enhancing portfolios, capabilities, and best practices
* Manage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges

* Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience OR 9+ years experience
* 3+ years focused on ServiceNow platform implementations
