About CORSAIR Pro

CORSAIR Pro is CORSAIR's workstation and server business, built to bring high performance AI compute to engineering, creative, and enterprise customers. The portfolio spans desktop workstations through rack mounted servers, targeting a range of price points and configurations for AI development, simulation, and content workflows. As the category scales, we are building a channel organization to reach customers through value added resellers (VARs) and managed service providers (MSPs) rather than direct sales alone.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a senior sales executive to build and grow our VAR and MSP channel for CORSAIR Pro. This is a chance to shape a channel program from an early stage: designing partner tiering and incentives, recruiting and onboarding the right resellers and MSPs, and driving revenue growth in a fast moving, competitive category. You will work closely with product, marketing, and finance to make sure channel strategy lines up with our margin targets and go to market plans.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of VAR and MSP partners focused on AI workstations and servers.
  • Build and execute a channel sales plan with quarterly and annual revenue targets across partner tiers.
  • Develop partner enablement materials, including battlecards, discovery scripts, and configuration guidance, in partnership with product marketing.
  • Negotiate partner agreements, rebate structures, and deal registration terms in coordination with legal and finance.
  • Work with distribution partners to structure special pricing agreements (SPA) and rebate programs that support partner profitability while protecting CORSAIR's margin targets.
  • Track partner pipeline, forecast accuracy, and program performance, and report regularly to sales leadership.
  • Represent CORSAIR Pro at partner events, trade shows, and technology partner briefings (e.g., NVIDIA partner programs).
  • Collaborate with the direct sales team to manage channel conflict and define clear rules of engagement.
  • Provide field feedback to product management on partner and end customer requirements across workstation and server form factors.
  • 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 4 years focused on channel sales through VARs, MSPs, or systems integrators.
  • Existing relationships with VARs or MSPs serving engineering, research, or enterprise IT customers.
  • Experience selling workstations, servers, or infrastructure hardware; familiarity with AI/ML compute, GPU accelerated systems, or HPC is a strong plus.
  • Track record of building or scaling a channel program from an early stage, including partner recruitment and tiering.
  • Working knowledge of distributor and rebate program mechanics (SPA, deal registration, MDF).
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort working with legal and finance on partner agreements.
  • Ability to operate with a startup mindset inside a larger organization: comfortable with ambiguity and building process where none exists yet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
  • Experience competing against Dell, HP, Lenovo, or boutique workstation vendors.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA partner programs (NPN, Inception, EDU).

You will help build a new category for CORSAIR from the ground up, with the backing of an established brand, engineering resources, and manufacturing scale. This role has direct influence over how the channel strategy is designed and executed, not just how it is run.
