Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant for the CSBB deposit pricing team.
In this role, you will:
Report to the head of CSBB Deposit Pricing and Balance Sheet forecasting and be a key contributor in the development and execution of strategic recommendations to help the business optimize deposit pricing and profitability
Review and analyze moderately complex data aggregation, forecasting, reporting, and programming models
Be responsible for process production, data reconciliation, and EUCT/tool documentation in alignment with governance policy
Participate in complex activities related to business analytics
Develop, implement, calibrate and validate analytical models and/or tools
Collaborate and consult with peers, experienced managers, compliance, and technology to resolve modeling, forecasting, and production issues, and achieve analytic and reporting goals
Lead projects, teams, and mentor less experienced staff
Partner with cross-enterprise analytic partners in development of common analytical approaches
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting; or a BS/BA or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting demonstrated through work or military experience
Proficiency in multiple programming languages including SQL and SAS.
Advanced skills in SQL including DDL, DML, and DCL commands as well as indexing and partitioning.
Experience working on team developed codebase
Experience with GitHub
Experience with PowerBI
Experience with PowerShell, bash, and/or ksh languages.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
