Where you'll work: This is a virtual/remote position with a team centralized in the greater Cincinnati OH area. We will consider candidates within a 2-hour radius of the area. Our team meets in person once per month or more frequently if the need arises.
 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Support specific business lines through timely and accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation.

  • Ensure we are in compliance with ASC 606 and internal control procedures with outstanding attention to detail.

  • Use systems such as SAP and Hyperion to support revenue-related workflows, ensuring detailed execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address revenue concerns and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Interpret and apply contract terms that impact booking and billing processes.

  • Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and management reporting.

  • Support internal and external audit requests by adhering to established control procedures.

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reviews of billing processes and invoicing to support accurate revenue recognition.

  • Act as a key support to the Revenue Accounting Manager and assist in driving departmental goals.

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance desired (CPA preferred).

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or revenue recognition.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards (especially ASC 606).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Pivot); experience with BI tools is a plus.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Enterprise One).

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$67,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD
