Job Duties and Responsibilities
The RAN Intelligence and Assurance Engineer will streamline the management of Assurance platforms, enabling more effective technical assessments, faster execution of proof of concepts (POCs), vendor management and the execution of a strategic roadmap leveraging AI. The role also involves enabling data analytics and AI/ML models for network monitoring and operation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define automation processes and enable network observability and assurance platforms for DISH 5G network
• Provide direction and support for DISH's 5G Network monitoring and assurance, including vendor management and tool roadmaps
• Foster partnerships to drive analytics and visualization in network design, deployment, and optimization
• Enable data analytics and AI/ML models for the network monitoring, operations and assurance
• Enable RAN-AI function for the network design, integration and optimization

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical discipline (computer science or electrical engineering degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience working within the wireless industry

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Wireless network architecture technologies, concepts, and industry standards
• Experience in RF Design or Optimization in a multi-technology network environment
• Skilled in RF optimization, network automation, and optimization processes and tools
• Knowhow in RAN Performance Metrics
• Proficiency in database platforms
• Experience coding in Python
• Familiarity with AI/ML models and data science projects
• Mastery with RAN assutrance platforms

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
