How You'll Make an Impact
Lead global and cross-functional AI/ML projects with varying complexity.
Develop and oversee R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with AI strategy.
Ensure projects follow Hitachi Energy's internal directives and external standards.
Provide technical support and manage relationships with third-party providers.
Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
Identify, contain, and reduce project risks.
Ensure customer satisfaction by considering their requirements and demands.
Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned.
Your Background
BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline with 5+ years of related experience; OR MS/PhD in a related field.
Proven experience in managing AI/ML technical projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and solve problems independently.
Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
