The Senior Project Support Specialist sets up and configures automotive software, assists clients, and maintains knowledge of industry trends to optimize service delivery.
The Senior Project Support Specialist is responsible for the successful set-up and configuration of Cox Automotive software suites, with focus on VinSolutions. A Senior Project Support Specialist has an advanced and complete understanding of how dealerships processes, software, data and integrations work together, resulting in successful setups of applications. Responsible for assisting the customer in selecting the data, integration configurations, appropriate settings and configurations to meet the individual dealer needs and assisting dealer clients with their understanding of their purchased products. Team members are responsible for being a reliable resource to the Project Support Specialist team and a dependable team member to assist with the tasks of client on boarding.

Hourly base pay rate is $26.73 - $40.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current automotive trends and best practices to ensure setups are relevant and provide maximum value to the dealership
- Data and Integrations SME
- Product and Solutions SME: Settings & Configurations, Features and Benefits, and Cause and Effect Relationships
- Stages Add-on solutions: (DMS - dispatching, SPG, intercompany, critical analytics, etc.) (Vin - Domains, Vinessa, FB, etc.) (Xtime - Clutch, Fortellis, etc.) (DDC - Pixall)
- Support other Project Support Specialists in their roles, backing up the team as needed to ensure successful weekly launch of all accounts
- Assist with new hire onboarding, recording setup calls, allowing new hires to shadow calls, and providing basic training and troubleshooting techniques
- Setup any size single point dealers and small dealer groups, maintaining full account load
- Stages Add-on solution integrations as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; or 7 years' experience in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of data and integrations setup and deployment of all applications in product suite (DMS/Vin/Xtime) and internal processes at car dealerships.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate in a way that retains engagement.
- Exceptional ability to problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize effectively to ensure successful completion of each product launch.
- Patience with customers of all technical and business skill levels.
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.

- Experience with web-based virtual meetings
