Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Accountable for ensuring IT has proper requirements and those are translated into the appropriate user stories/features
- Document business requirements along with Product, specifically Product Owners
- Participant in Sprint reviews and Backlog Refinement
- Participate in Prioritization exercises with Stakeholders and articulate needs back to Product during Quarterly Planning
- Lead strategic projects to enhance Salesforce CRM and Salesforce AI-powered sales tools, reporting, and analytics.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for sales team usage of Salesforce and integrated AI solutions, including metrics, dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Engage with other SBO Team Members to stay aligned with overall business strategies and ensure technology will be available to support those initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define, document, and deliver requirements for CRM and AI enhancements.
- Prototype, test, and roll out new Salesforce CRM and Salesforce AI features, ensuring alignment with business needs and user feedback.
- Stay informed on New Salesforce Releases to proactively solve for existing needs or create new efficiencies
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and ensure data integrity across CRM and AI platforms.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and the impact of new technology on sales effectiveness.
- Participant in Sprint reviews and Backlog Refinement
- Participate in Prioritization exercises with Stakeholders and articulate needs back to Product during Quarterly Planning
- Proactively identify and champion opportunities to leverage Salesforce AI capabilities for process automation, predictive analytics, and improved customer engagement.
- Manage documentation and assist with GTM efforts for new functionality and process changes.
- Support incident triage and resolution, recommending enhancements based on root cause analysis.
- Lead user engagement initiatives to drive adoption and maximize the value of CRM and AI investments.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and change management within the sales enablement function.
- Ensure processes are defined, if needed, and partners with process governance team to ensure all details are understood
- Individual in this role must be able to learn/maintain knowledge around multiple business processes and CRM instances across various sales teams
- Reviews comms and training collateral for all developed items
- Perform other duties as required to support business objectives.

Who You Are
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4 years' experience in sales/business operations, sales enablement, or related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
- 2+ years leading Salesforce CRM projects in complex sales environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies (minimum 6 months), preferably in sales or CRM contexts.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce custom configurations, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and drive execution.
- Communicates effectively by actively listening, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, and using a natural consultative approach to express ideas clearly and persuasively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with all levels of leadership.
- Demonstrated change management and problem-solving abilities.
