Senior Project Manager

Lead project teams to successfully deliver initiatives aligned with the company objectives. Responsible for project integration, scope, time, costs and quality. Communicate the status, risk and issues with each project to the correct level within the project structure and the organization to ensure that the projects' outcomes are achieved as defined. Serve as a leader for critical thinking and manage the productivity pace and ensure a financial focus with emphasis on credit union priorities and targets.
Essential Responsibilities

• Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of one of more highly visible, strategic change initiatives simultaneously
• Partner with executives, operational directors, and process owners to translate vision into an executable plan
• Influence others across functional areas and achieve buy-in to drive cultural and organizational change initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams toward achieving organizational goals
• Responsible to hold project team members accountable to on-time completion and quality of project deliverables and milestones
• Manage day-to-day team efforts to identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines and execution

Education & Experience

• Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Business or Related
• Minimum - 3 Years Project Management or related

In Lieu of Education

• 6 Years Project Management

License/Certifications/Training

• Preferred: PMP Certification
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt

Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $84,200.00 to $131,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
